Your Virtual Assistant Service
Increase your productivity, performance, and profitability while we relieve you of some stress, work-overload, overhead costs, and aggravation. With Stardust Initiatives handling your administrative activities you will have the freedom to focus your time, energy and resources on your core business, industry, products, and clients. Our Virtual Assistants are available to handle your administrative requirements for as little or as much time as may be required.
In the traditional office your Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant is your go-to person, the individual that organizes, coordinates, and follows through on many of the critical details that can make or break business activities, events, projects, relationships, deals, or in some cases, the business itself. Your Administrative Assistant is the responsive and responsible person you know you can call whenever you need something done effectively, efficiently, and thoroughly.
The fast-paced and dynamic nature of the business world of today, with all businesses looking for ways to cut overhead costs while continuing to improve their operations and the services they provide, prompts managers and entrepreneurs to make use of non-traditional options. We are your natural choice. You, as our client, will save on:

In today's global community, the Administrative Assistant is known as a Virtual Assistant. As your Virtual Assistant (VA) we work from our own physical offices, typically using our equipment and resources, providing many services to businesses, executives, entrepreneurs, and private individuals. Requests, assignments, and results are most typically communicated by means of mail, telephone, e-mail, fax, instant messaging, or even text messaging. Where necessary, travel is also an option.
You already have a full staff?
Even if you already have the most excellent administrator or Personal Assistant, there are still times when your resources are pushed to the limit, or you simply require a skill they don't now have. Your full-time staff may be focused on a special project, leaving little or no time for more routine tasks. Alternately, large documents and projects can often benefit from undistracted eyes and hands in terms of typing, production, proof-reading, packaging, and/or distribution, data entry, mail processing, mail-merge, envelope stuffing, etc.
You will find that it is actually more cost-effective to make use of the services of Stardust Initiatives than to hire a regular employee. There is no requirement for additional office space, you don't have to pay a salary when there is insufficient work to fully occupy that employee, not to mention sick-pay, holiday pay, vacation pay, unemployment insurance, Social Security, health insurance, retirement fund contributions, etc. You pay only for time actually worked and services actually provided. To learn more of the cost-effectiveness of working with Stardust Initiatives, including a special calculator function, please refer to our page on "Cost Benefits."

What is a Virtual Assistant" |
"A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly-trained independent entrepreneur who provides a myriad of business support services virtually via phone, fax and Internet-based technology to support and meet the growing needs of businesses worldwide.
Partnering with a VA reduces stress, protects cash flow, eliminates administrative hassles, and enables business people to find the success they originally set out to achieve.
A VA is your right hand person helping you to succeed in your business. The irony is you may never meet your VA as odds are they live nowhere near you!"
