I think you could be sued, but take my word on it since not a lawyer. I also kinda wonder this my self. Apple claims Mac Os X is "The most advanced operating system". that kinda saying the same thing as you want? Not sure how you could back it up. Maybe you could compare your sales data to others or maybe reviews. Because if you get more good reviews and more sales, you must be the best right? People will buy from the best. Then again i see more Windows computers then Macs. Its just marketing. After behavior modification, working with parents and about everything else has been tried I would then say try one the meds for ADHD. I have seen many kids able to function through a school day on these meds as opposed to "climbing the walls" all day. For a lot of kids it has very much helped in thier academic success.
